This privacy policy explains how the 9Habitat Intel·ligent website applies and complies with the applicable personal data protection regulations, in accordance with the following regulations:

How do we process personal data?

We inform users that we carry out the following personal data processing through the website, specifying the purpose and the legal basis for doing so.

  • Contact. Contact form on the website intended to respond to the inquiries you send us. We can process this because you give us your consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR) by explicitly checking the box.

  • Remote connection. We request your personal contact details to manage the remote connection. We can process this because you have contracted the service (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR) for the execution of an installation and/or maintenance contract.
  • Exercise of rights. We process your email or inquiry if you exercise your rights in order to manage the exercise of rights associated with personal data. We can process this based on legitimate interest to comply with a legally based request (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
  • Newsletter subscription management. We add the data to a list to send you periodic information. We can process this based on your consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR).

Main characteristics of these processes

We want to explain the main characteristics of the personal data processing we perform.

  • If your consent is required, you should know that you can withdraw it at any time. This does not affect the processing of your data that was carried out before the withdrawal.
  • In these processes, there are no special category data, and we do not apply automated decisions.
  • In each place where we collect personal data, we have included a brief informative text about the processing, called the first layer.
  • We will retain personal data for the duration of the professional relationship and, subsequently, for the period stipulated by applicable regulations. For example, data must be retained for a specific legal period for potential claims, tax and accounting purposes, or anti-money laundering prevention.

The data collected by 9Habitat Intel·ligent is not intended to be directly transferred to other organizations such as administrations, companies, or entities.

We can send personal data to entities or companies to carry out our activities and the operation of the website, such as:

  • Providers of technological services for company management and services
  • Job recruitment platforms
  • Providers of services to businesses

9Habitat does not directly carry out international data transfers, but some of its processors may do so.

  • Technology infrastructure providers make international data transfers while complying with equivalent security measures according to the GDPR.
  • Other processors making international transfers, directly or through sub-processors, commit to complying with the equivalent security requirements outlined in the GDPR.

You have rights regarding your personal data

We remind you that you can exercise your rights regarding the personal data processed by 9Habitat Intel·ligent:

  • You have the right to obtain confirmation about whether we are processing your personal data.
  • You have the right to access your personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion, among other reasons, when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
