Martorelles
The objective of this project was to autonomously control a public building with various uses. Its main goals were control over climate, lighting, ventilation, and access control.
Other equally important objectives included control over irrigation, exterior lighting, and part of the building's shading system, as well as integration with a public address system. As an energy goal, integration with a photovoltaic production system and with network meters for the control of consumption, both electricity and water, was also sought.

The main objectives in this project were the control of the climate system composed of an aerothermal system for domestic hot water production and air conditioning.
Another important aspect for energy savings was the control of the air renewal machine. Equally important nowadays, the installation of electric vehicle chargers in the parking spaces of the homes' private parking. Integration with a security system to know the status of the apartment at all times.
Management of technical and intrusion alarms and the ability to manage them from the concierge of each community, with SCADA visualization of the status of each apartment. Possibility to install a fully scalable system for future expansions.

The main objective of this large project was the control of an outdoor complex with pools, lakes, irrigation areas, etc.
The project can be divided into various aspects, such as the control of the pools, lakes, and irrigation areas of the entire complex. For the pools, we needed control over parameters like pH levels, states, temperatures, alarms, etc. For the lakes, we required control and alarms for parameters such as temperature, states, levels, water quality, control over pumps, solenoid valves, filters, etc. In the irrigation areas, the goal was to know the status and have control over pumps, solenoid valves, etc., allowing for scheduling for each zone based on soil humidity. Another objective was to have real-time management of energy consumption, as well as water consumption.
Coworking

In the case of a Coworking space, where there is a high traffic of people and entities, it was necessary to control various aspects of the installation in order to have effective control and significant energy savings.
In this case, the decision was made to control the entire air conditioning to ensure optimal temperature levels. We managed all the lighting control, even reaching up to controlling 160 DALI lights.
Another very important aspect is the control of the air renewal system and humidity levels, as well as access control to the interior of the offices.

The main objective of this project is to control the climate of the different spaces: offices, common areas, meeting rooms, conference rooms, etc.
Being a building where we also have changing rooms for the police force, we required the control of the ACS (hot water).
Another very important aspect is the control of the building's ventilation and ensuring correct levels of CO2 and humidity.
Like many public buildings nowadays, it is necessary to have control over the energy consumption of climate production machines, ACS, and the air renewal system.
Another goal was the control and recording of technical incidents and alarms.

In a sports facility where there is a large influx and physical activity of people, controlling ventilation and air conditioning in the space is very important.
The main objective of this project was the control of ventilation and air conditioning. Equally important was the control of domestic hot water production.
Another important aspect, as in many similar installations, was the management of alarms and the recording of incidents.

The goal of the automation was to be able to manage the different municipal buildings of the region from a single location and have a more optimal control over energy consumption, the temperature of each space, and its lighting.
This project achieves to offer greater comfort and convenience both to the agency responsible for controlling the centers and to its workers and users.
Hotel Mas La Sala

In the first phase of this project, two rooms were completely renovated. One of the main suites and a standard double room were fully automated to provide users with the highest possible comfort.
Any room can have a system that takes care of all functionalities. Especially in terms of saving and energy efficiency, automating standard rooms can drastically reduce energy costs. The main objective of automating these rooms was user-friendliness and comfort during their stay.
A project to offer the best experience to the hotel's clients, experiencing first-hand the pleasure of sleeping in a smart and automated room. A dynamic project that allows adaptation to the hotel's ratings and requirements.
Red Cross

In this project, the flexibility of Loxone was crucial in choosing it as the Building Management System (BMS) for the building.
For the Red Cross, it was particularly relevant to focus on the things that are truly important for the daily operation of a building with many users.
Loxone controls the regulation of temperature, lighting, and ventilation.
Similarly, the air quality throughout the building must be monitored and controlled with precision. Special attention should be paid to the training room, as a large number of employees spend their time there.
The audio server is integrated into the building's public address system to communicate schedules and emergency situations to users in conflict-prone areas.

Sant Andreu de Llavaneres
It's a development of 10 homes located in the town of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, in the province of Barcelona, and just 10 minutes from the beach!
Solvia Innova Maresme, the promoters of the project, designed clear objectives from the beginning:
Hogares flexibles que pudieran adaptarse fácilmente a cambios en la distribución de las habitaciones. Debían estar a la vanguardia en eficiencia energética, por lo que se tomaron medidas en la construcción con un buen aislamiento térmico y acústico, y en la definición del sistema domótico. Finalmente, debían incorporar aspectos innovadores que afectaran directamente al confort de los habitantes.
The climate and hot water system is controlled.
Both the alarm and the cameras have been integrated into Loxone.
